Rhondda Women's Aid will be holding their Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 25th November 2008, at the Pontygwaith Community Centre, Pontygwaith.

The day will include a celebratory buffet lunch to mark Rhondda Women's Aid's 30th Anniversary and will also look back to the beginnings of the group, as well as looking to the future plans for the group.

Jennifer Twelvetrees, an Executive Board member of Welsh Women's Aid and a founder member of "Women 4 Resources" - a project working to support women and girls in Liberia, will also be speaking at the event on the topic of Ending Violence against Women.

Rhondda Women's Aid hope that you will join them to celebrate and support this very special day.
